Nabil Sleiman 
Group General Manager,
Kirby Building Systems

Nabil has over 35 years of experience in construction industry business, management functions in the fields of sales, marketing and general management in the Middle East, Europe, GCC countries and South East Asia.

Nabil’s career with Alghanim for over  30 years grew from middle management in sales and marketing of Kirby products and systems in GCC and internationally ,to executive management for engineering group in Saudi Arabia in 1983 when he rejoined Kirby,.

Nabil had a major  role in reconstructing Kirby business, operation and sales network after the liberation of Kuwait in 1991, expanding Kirby manufacturing into India in 1999,
 led the construction and setting up of  a 50,000 Metric Tons  Pre Engineered steel buildings manufacturing plant in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, commissioned in July 2007

Nabil  was promoted to Kirby General Manager in the year 2001 ,  expanded Kirby distribution network to over 25 countries world wide and managed to  grow Kirby Pre Engineered Steel Business  three folds since then.

Nabil has a Bachelor Degree of Sciences from the American University of Beirut, and had gone through a variety of courses in management, finance, and leadership skills.

Wael Elqadah
General Manager – Middle East and North Africa

Wael has over 18 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. His career with Alghanim Industries, Kuwait spans 4 years, during which time he has held the position of Director – Operational Excellence. In this role, he was in charge of streamlining and optimizing manufacturing and business processes using tools, such as Lean-Six Sigma.
Prior to Alghanim Industries, Wael has worked with Autoliv and TRW in USA, in various roles.

Wael holds Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA and an MBA from University of Phoenix, Phoenix, Arizona, USA. He is a Black belt in Lean-Six Sigma having achieved this accolade in 2001.

Alaeddin Jarrar
Director - Engineering and Sales Support

Alaa has 27 years of experience in the steel building industry. He started his career in Kirby where he was a part of the growth and development of the Pre Engineered Building business.

His experience spanned through Design, Detailing, Training, Product and Systems Development of Pre Engineered Steel Buildings. Additionally, he is also experienced in Space Frames, Communication and Transmission Towers, and Conventional Steel Structures while working with other major steel manufacturers. Over the years, Alaa has been actively involved in the development and implementation of engineering software that boosted people productivity and ensured the superior quality of engineering work.

Alaa has a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Jordan and is a USA registered professional Structural Engineer.

Raju D
C.E.O, Kirby Building Systems, India.

Raju D is Director – S&M and Engg., Kirby Building Systems India Ltd. He is responsible to spearhead Kirby India’s sales force and lead the company on a high growth trajectory thereby improving its leadership position in the rapidly growing competition. Raju has over 22 years of experience in the engineering industry. He started his career with N N Associates as a Design Engineer and is associated with Kirby India for past 9 years.

His experience spanned through Design, Detailing, Training, Product and Systems Development, Marketing & Projects in the engineering industry. His core specialization areas are Design and Sales & Marketing. With his high experience in the engineering industry, Raju moved from a design engineer to engineering manager and then into his present role as Director – S&M and Engineering in his career.

Raju has a BE in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Osmania University.

Mohsen Matreed
General Sales Manager – Non GCC

Mohsen has about 30 years of experience in the construction industry in the sales, marketing and project management functions. His career with Kirby Building Systems spans over 20 years, during which time he has held various positions in the organization from Sales Engineer – Kuwait sales office to his current role of General Sales Manager of non-GCC countries.

Mohsen has been instrumental in growing Kirby’s businesses in multiple regions during his tenure at Kirby. As a result of his He has successfully surpassed growth expectations in Kuwait, Sudan, Qatar, Oman and Egypt.

Mohsen holds a B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Truong Kim Ly
General Sales Manager – Kirby SE Asia

Ly has more than 20 years working in manufacturing and construction industry. Prior to joining Kirby SE Asia, Ly was General Director of a foreign invested joint stock company and 12 years served as Sales & Marketing Director at a U.S. based multinational company. His experience includes project sales, B2B marketing, business development and manufacturing.

Ly has a B.Sc. from Saigon University; Business Strategy Diploma from Worldwide Flow College and completed Management Program from Henley Univ. UK.
