Kirby Storage systems for pallets are engineered to practical and reliable standards. The system consists of vertical upright frames, horizontal beams and stabilization. The structural calculations, drawn up for every project, emphasize the high safety standards of our pallet racking systems.
Upright Frames
The vertical Upright Frame is assembled of uprights, bracings (diagonals) and footplates that are anchored to the floor. The different elements are bolted together. This way a constant high quality connection is achieved. If the different components get damaged, they can be replaced at all times.
Horizontal Beams
The Horizontal Beams for pallet racking systems consists of two C profiles, slid one inside the other to form a closed box. They are connected to the upright frames at two ends with welded hook in connectors (connector angles). In special cases it is also possible to use sigma beams with welded connectors.
Accessories
