Kirby India was recently awarded with the prestigious Construction Week India Award 2018 for the ‘PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) Project of the Year’. The award was given for Kirby’s Cipla Ltd pharmaceutical facility at Sikkim which was successfully completed with unique and innovative design in one of the high terrain areas. The project involved integration between existing concrete building and steel structure which was very well planned and executed thereby resulting in bagging this award after a rigorous evaluation process.
This is the fourth time that Kirby has received this award in the last five years which demonstrates its leadership capabilities. The jury comprised of some of the well known industry stalwarts comprising of best contractors, consultants, structural engineers, architects and academicians in the country.
The award ceremony took place in Mumbai on 28 September 2018, and was attended by more than 200 guests from leading companies in the construction, infrastructure and other segments. This award distinguishes Kirby as one of the leading infrastructure companies in India, thereby enhancing its visibility to current and future customers.
