On November 15, 2023, Kirby Southeast Asia conducted a specialized training program in collaboration with Jotun Painting Company to strengthen the technical expertise of its workforce. The program focused on improving the skills of painters, welders, and foremen/QC personnel, aiming to enhance work efficiency and quality standards.
Participants refined their techniques in painting and welding, with an emphasis on reducing loss coefficients, improving surface appearance, and preventing common defects. Foremen and QC staff received in-depth technical guidance to optimize process control and supervision.
